Eye Associates of New Mexico is a large integrated eye care practice providing comprehensive primary and specialty eye care services to residents of the Southwestern United States for over 35 years. Patients have access to nationally recognized specialists through a network of fifteen medical clinics, two specialty eye surgery centers and twelve optical dispensaries located throughout New Mexico.

Since being founded in 1976, physicians specializing in Cataract Surgery, Vitreoretinal Disease and Surgery, Corneal Disease, Glaucoma, Pediatric Ophthalmology and Oculoplastics have traveled to regional clinics to provide services to patients who would otherwise have to travel to Albuquerque or Santa Fe. Because of the broad scope of specialty services, and the extended regional nature of the practice, Eye Associates physicians participate in numerous national drug studies and premium intraocular lens trials.

Accredited professional continuing educational programs are frequently offered by Eye Associates ophthalmologists and optometrists for referring doctors and support staff, in some instances using webinar technology to reach eye care providers in smaller communities around the State. Eye Associates is also proud to support the University of New Mexico as the “Official Eye Care Providers” for the UNM Lobo Athletic Program.
